How to get the most from a live lead
Call within five minutes
The person has just asked to hear from an advisor. The first firm to call usually gets the conversation.
Open with their enquiry
Mention the amount they plan to invest and when they enquired. It tells them you are responding, not cold-calling.
Follow up on WhatsApp
If they miss the call, a short WhatsApp message with your name and firm keeps the lead warm.
