1. Who can buy
We supply data only to SEBI-registered investment advisers, research analysts, stock brokers and authorised persons / sub-brokers. You share your SEBI registration number with your order.
2. How you may use the data
Only to offer your own registered services. You will not resell, share, publish or upload the data anywhere.
3. Calling and messaging rules
You follow TRAI’s Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations: promotional calls and SMS only through your operator’s registered (DLT) route and 140-series numbers, service calls on the 1600 series where required, and DND scrubbing before dialling.
4. When someone says “don’t call me”
Stop immediately, delete the number, and tell us within 7 days so we remove it from all future supplies.
5. No ID data
We never supply PAN, Aadhaar, KYC, bank or trading-account details. Please do not ask for them.
6. Conduct
Your callers follow SEBI rules: no guaranteed returns, and no advice from unregistered persons.
7. Security
Keep files on access-controlled systems and delete data you no longer use.
8. Replacement
Invalid, switched-off and wrong numbers reported within 15 working days of delivery are checked and replaced within 1–2 working days. Numbers that don’t pick up are not replaced and should be re-dialled.
9. If these terms are broken
We may stop supply without refund, and you are responsible for any complaint or penalty caused by your use of the data.
