Most disappointing lead orders go wrong before they start: the supplier was told “send me leads” and guessed the rest. A clear brief takes two minutes on WhatsApp and decides whether your team gets leads it can actually work.
1. The product you want
Say whether you want live web leads (people who enquired through ads), calling data (numbers for your team to dial), or both. They are priced and delivered differently.
2. The state or states
Your callers do best when they speak the language of the people they reach. Name the states your team can cover rather than asking for “all India”.
3. The size
For live leads, choose 2, 4 or 10 leads a day. For calling data, give the grade and whether you want number only or name and number. If you are unsure, describe your team and ask for a suggestion.
4. Your team
Tell the supplier how many callers will work the leads and how experienced they are. A good supplier will suggest a smaller pack if your team cannot call every lead quickly.
5. Where the leads should go
For live leads, give the WhatsApp number or email that should receive each enquiry. Make sure someone watches it during working hours, because a lead that waits an hour loses most of its value.
Before you pay
Ask for the terms in writing: how many firms receive each live lead, what gets replaced in calling data, and how payment works. At Database 24×7, live leads go to at most two firms, and the terms for every order come in writing before delivery.
